The workshopwill be an intense 6 days where the student will create an icon using acrylic gouache techniques, The workshop is open to all regardless of artistic experience.

Learn basic color mixing, drawing and painting techniques

Be instructed in the history and theology of the icon

Will receive personal instruction and demonstration for each stage of painting.

Gain a deeper understanding of the mystical art of the icon and its place inthe Church.
